We hired On-Site Cigars for a small, Caribbean theamed dock party we were having for our yacht at the Palm Beach International Boat Show. The team showed up on time and set up quickly. The gentleman rolling the cigars was a cool cat who chatted with the guests, answering questions and spent a number of hours showing everyone his great cigar rolling skills. Rene’s son was working with him, labeling the cigars (we ordered labels with our boat and boat name on them) and explaining the process to the guests. Our party was extra special because of On-Site Cigars and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an authentic and excellently produced cigar.

We hired On-Site Cigars for a trade show held at the Miami Beach CC. Rene and his staff showed up on time, set up quickly and without distraction. Within minutes we had the traffic flow we had expected. Rene and Alina maintained the crowd busy and interested in the cigar rolling while adding interesting facts about the process and enjoyment of the cigar. The cigar band printed with our company logo was a great touch to personalize the moment for potential customers, thus ensuring they remembered who provided the quality cigar. To add to the local flavor, Rene recommended having a server dispensing Cuban Cafe to enhance the experieince, wow, what a hit that was! Rene and his team were great! We decided to have a cigar roller to really set the tone for our Miami wedding reception about 6 weeks before the wedding. Rene was very accommodating in that he allowed the roller put on the custom labels we had designed when we were just going to have a cigar bar. He also made sure everything went smoothly the day of. Our guests absolutely loved our cigar roller and are still talking about it.

On-Site cigars was such a great choice for a fun and quirky addition to our wedding! We were definitely hesitant about whether we wanted a cigar roller because we were so unsure of how many cigar smokers we actually had among our guests. We reached out to quite a few companies and Rene was by far the most professional, quickest to respond, and truly proud of the company he represents (and in the South Florida cigar rolling industry, there are many rude and inflexible cigar rollers). Our guests LOVED the cigars and although we were too frazzled and busy that day to greet Rene ourselves, he handled the set-up and rolling with ease (even with a last minute change to the “rain plan”). He did take time to introduce himself to us though. Save yourself the time and energy to find something less expensive and splurge for great service.
